What if I get injured and want to cancel my membership?

That’s the beauty of the monthly membership – you can cancel at anytime or request to pause it until you and ready to get training again.

Is it just for women?

Absolutely not! We have plenty of men on the programme and it’s for anyone.

What equipment do I need?

We recommend having a set of dumbbells, a kettlebell and a band to get the most out of the sessions.

Can it be done in the gym?

Most definitely. You can take the Cadence & Cake programme anywhere.

Do you have to be a triathlete to sign up?

The Cadence and Cake programme is great for anyone wanting to get strong, stay fit and get in shape.

What else is included?

There’s a library of swim, bike and run sessions, plus recipes and tips and tricks!

Do I have to be super fit to do it?

Of course not. There’s adaptions for everyone to ensure it’s enjoyable, challenging and you’re getting the most out of it. You can also pause at any time for extra rest!
